Writing Perfect Skin was the beginning of a journey, one of sharing, all my research, observations and learning up until now. It has re-affirmed by belief that perfect skin can only stem from healthy skin and healthy skin can only stem from a healthy body and mind.

Perfect Skin is just the beginning.

I’m still researching, still learning and I want to keep on sharing my precious findings with you so that together we may change the way we address our skin concerns to a more natural and healthier approach.

    Love from Alexandra

In the lab blending Mandarin Kiss on #nationalfragranceday with the delicious aroma of mandarin peel, mango & cocoa butter. We refer to the recollection of odours as Olfactory memory. The importance of the human's relationship with scent is conveyed through evidence suggesting odours have a role to play in mother / infant bonds, how we communicate, progression of brain degenerative diseases and even the survival of the species. @fragrancefoundation invite you to share your #scentmemories today.

  3. International Women's Day #BeBoldForChange

The three women I admire most are my mum for her unconditional love, Barbara Hepworth for her creativity and the Queen, for her unwavering sense of duty and dignity!

Babara Hepworth is one of the most important artists of the twenthieth century. Hepworth trained and created art alongside her domestic duties, during times of restrictive space, and represented a link with pre-war ideals in a climate of social and physical reconstruction in a largely male-dominated art-world. She is now one of the few women artists to achieve international prominence. Her current exhibition at The Tate includes sculptures in bronze, stone and wood. These are on display in the museum and garden, along with paintings, drawings and archive material. The garden is laid out in positions she originally placed them with her friend, the composer Priaulx Rainier. Here are a few of my favourite pieces..
