Today is a much anticipated day in the Soveral world… it’s the official launch of the first cook book by our friends Hemsley & Hemsley. We have been dedicated fans for a few years and they have changed the way we look at food, we no longer deprive ourselves of delicious food because we have learned the way to celebrate food and the art of cooking in a way that makes us healthier, younger and happier! Jorj and I will be mainly cooking from the book for the whole summer ahead and we’ll be reporting on our favourite cook ups. Many of my clients and friends are doing the same…. that’s how much we LOVE this new way of eating!
