Food For Thought: Red Cabbage

Red Cabbage : I prefer red cabbage in salads. The raw cruchyness gives a way for me to eat well with something that I don’t like when cooked. It is overlooked in many ways but has the same pigment molecules that make blueberries blue which creates a powerful antioxidant with an anticancer punch.
