at the fifties mark you are at the best age to get a facelift as your tissues are still young enough to regenerate, contributing to a more natural look. Before the operation you want to get your skin and underlining muscles to be a supple and healthy as possible, this will give a better chance of a speedy recovery post-surgery.  Don't bother with facials and certainly avoid all things that strip the skin.  If you find a good massage practitioner that knows face massage then this would be a good option, but essentially you should start massaging your skin daily. Follow the instructions in the book and choose a nice natural face oil to do it with. Make sure you do bring the circulation to the facial tissues, you know this is happening when your skin feels warm and goes a bit pink.

With this block, if you have entered a large amount of text, so that it exceeds the height of the image, your text will wrap beneath the image rather than just increasing the length of one column. These can be useful when you wish to create longer article pages that have images interspersed throughout the text.
