The two-hour appointment starts with an in-depth skin consultation, including skin PH testing and dermascopy to assess the skin’s health. Alexandra will then manually investigate the skin’s underlying tissues and muscles, whilst at the same time addressing any muscular adhesions, drain toxins and stimulate muscle tone. 
A serum or oil composed of the nutrients and vitamins that your skin may need is formulated and blended for you to take home. 
Your home program is then devised, together with instructions on how to use your prescribed face product to continue the treatment over the next 6 weeks, at the end of which you will be invited to come and have a 30 minute complimentary follow-up consultation to discuss the progress of the program  £500

During the 60 minute consultation Alexandra will use skin pH tests, dermascope analysis, and skin moisture and elasticity evaluation to conduct an in-depth assessment and prescribe a bespoke skincare routine. This will be followed by a complimentary 30 minute follow up consultation between 6 weeks and 3 months after your initial appointment. Any subsequent 30 minute follow up consultations will be charged at £130.
For those unable to come to the clinic, a comprehensive skin assessment may still take place. In this case the client will send close-up photos of the skin in advance, and fill out a digital consultation form before the appointment date, before a Face-Time consultation will take place. This will be followed by a complimentary virtual 30 minute follow up consultation between 6 weeks and 3 months after your initial appointment. Any subsequent virtual 30 minute follow up consultations will be charged at £100.
In person:  £260.00    Virtual Consultation:  £200.00 

Skin consultation with Alexandra, approximately 60 minutes, followed by a prescribed 60 minute treatment with a Senior Facialist. First and foremost, Alexandra aims to arm clients with the knowledge to empower themselves to understand changes in their skin, and make connections between hormonal and environmental factors, and our body’s reactions.
During the 60 minute consultation Alexandra will use skin pH tests, dermascope analysis, and skin moisture and elasticity evaluation to conduct an in-depth assessment and prescribe a bespoke skincare routine, while your facial therapist sits in on the appointment. Based on this consultation our 60 Minute Signature Facial Treatment will be tailored to your specific needs – performed by a facial therapist personally trained by Alexandra –  focusing on areas of concern.
This will be followed by a complimentary 30 minute follow up consultation with Alexandra between 6 weeks and 3 months after your initial appointment. Any subsequent 30 minute follow up consultations will be charged at £130.

contraindications & Cancellation Policy

Before your appointment, please take a moment to read through the following contraindications. Should any of the list below apply to you, our therapists will either not be able to perform the treatment or will need to adjust it to ensure your safety. Please do let us know prior to booking.

NO TREATMENT CAN TAKE PLACE:

  • Cold sores, eye infections, broken skin
  • Colds, flu, Sore throat, fever or COVID
  • Botox in the last 2 weeks
  • Fillers in the last 4 weeks
  • Facial threads in the last 4 weeks
  • Had skin resurfacing treatment in the last 4 weeks (Lasers, Dermabrasion, Peels or any treatment that may cause inflammation)
  • Cancer in the area being treated - if less than 12 months in remission no treatment may take place.
  • Diabetes with loss of skin sensation

TREATMENT MAY BE ADJUSTED DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • Facial Surgery in the last 6 months dependant on healing
  • Have used skin resurfacing products in the last 4 weeks (Retinol, Vit C, AHA or other acids)
  • Pregnant - Please let us know so that we may make adjustments to make you more comfortable
  • Conditions in the area being treated (active cystic acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, steroid cream use)
  • Metal plates or pins in the face or neck
  • Epilepsy 
  • Prone to bone fracture or Osteoporosis
  • Asthma – If you have an inhaler please bring it to your treatment and hand it over to your therapist during the treatment, should you be in need it can easily be handed over to you.

A 50% treatment deposit is taken for all first time clients at the time of booking; the booking is not valid without payment of the 50% deposit and may be cancelled without notice after being held for 24 hours without receipt of deposit payment. This deposit is fully refundable or transferable as long as a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given.

No charge will be taken from your card without your notification or in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Clients who wish to change, or cancel an appointment must provide 24 hours’ notice and either contact us directly via [email protected] or telephone on 020 7266 3577.

Cancellations within this 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the treatment price. This payment must be settled before rebooking can take place - this is expected to be within 24 hours, or as soon as possible if mitigating circumstances apply. 

A booking date can only be changed by the client a maximum of three times within 48 hours’ notice before the deposit is no longer valid and a new treatment deposit has to be paid before a subsequent booking can be made.

If having a consultation, or consultation and treatment package, please be aware that recommended treatments, skincare, and custom blended products are not included in the cost of the consultation or consultation treatment package.

If you arrive late to an appointment, we will still try and accommodate you, and where possible perform as much of your scheduled treatment as possible, however we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive your full treatment, and you may still be charged at full treatment price.

A voucher number is taken at the time of booking; for first time clients the booking is not valid without proof of  voucher ownership (by being able to quote the voucher number, and name of recipient) and may be cancelled without notice after being held for 24 hours without receipt of proof of ownership of a voucher. This voucher is fully transferable as long as a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given.

Clients who wish to change, or cancel an appointment must provide 24 hours’ notice and either contact us directly via [email protected] or telephone on 020 7266 3577.

Cancellations within this 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the treatment price / the loss of the full treatment price from the voucher.

A booking date can only be changed by the client a maximum of three times within a 48 hours’ notice before the voucher is no longer valid and alternative methods of payment must be used.

If having a consultation, or consultation and treatment package, please be aware that recommended treatments, skincare, and custom blended products are not included in the cost of the consultation or consultation treatment package.

All vouchers are valid for one year after creation before they expire. We are not able to accept vouchers as payment after the expiry date on the voucher (and our system) has been passed.
