Hyaluronic Acid is cleverly made by our body to keep our skin plump and healthy. It’s production declines as we age and the result is dry and saggy skin! There are lots of supplements and cosmetic products and of course dermal fillers (injections). However for the large part they are made of HA extracted from the combs of poultry that has been given hormones to produce larger combs and antibiotics to fight infection. Vegetable HA from fermentation endives is a better alternative... however much more expensive and therefore hardly used!

Hyaluronic Acid is used in our Super Hero Rejuvenating & Plumping Potion and is explored in more detail in Alexandra’s new book

Writing Perfect Skin was the beginning of a journey, one of sharing, all my research, observations and learning up until now. It has re-affirmed by belief that perfect skin can only stem from healthy skin and healthy skin can only stem from a healthy body and mind.

Perfect Skin is just the beginning.

I’m still researching, still learning and I want to keep on sharing my precious findings with you so that together we may change the way we address our skin concerns to a more natural and healthier approach.

    Love from Alexandra

Volcanoes do more for the planet than we give them credit for; apart from being a destructive force, they can be a life giver in so many ways. From eruptions they produce a particular powerful healing agent, bentonite clay, one of the main ingredients in our Volcano Ash.

Volcano Ash detoxifies, nourishes, firms, plumps and beautifies the skin. It extracts impurities whilst offering essential nutrients and vitamins to help bring the skin back to life. The removal of this mask will result in a brighter and plumper complexion.

A healing mask with Palmarosa and Peppermint. Palmarosa is known for its regulatory effect on sebum production and for stimulating cell regeneration. Peppermint has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties to heal and soothe.

Skincare tip: For problem skin, apply the mask directly onto the affected area and leave it on overnight.
